Hola queridos amigos de @holos.lotus, saludos a todos y feliz día, en esta ocasión viendo el Post de la amiga @lilianajimenez quise pasar y comentar un punto al respecto en lo que refiere la paciencia.

Siempre he escuchado que la paciencia es una virtud, que para algunos es más sencillo que para otros tenerla, que siempre hay que tenerla pese a todo porque es necesario para siempre mantener la calma, pero en definitiva no es algo tan sencillo y no es porque no se tenga o no se pueda aplicar, simplemente hay cosas que cuando se unen y suceden una tras otra es más fácil que se pierda un rato la cabeza y por su puesto por cualquier cosa se explote.
Como comentó @lilianajimenez en su post, en Venezuela sufrir por los servicios sobre todo la luz y el agua es algo difícil sobre todo cuando ambas cosas se padecen de ello y no tienes como avanzar con tu día a día, las preocupaciones son inevitables y por más paciencia que se quiera tener a veces suelen perderse de ello, sobre todo cuando se unen otras cosas, en mi caso hoy en día le he ido dando la vuelta a ello, con la luz ayuda de un powerbank y objetos así o con el agua llenar varios envases, pero siempre surge algo nuevo que impide que uno permanezca con calma.
Yo últimamente pierdo la paciencia muy fácil, a veces no solo por esta problemática que el país presenta, sino por siempre cosas del hogar que me desesperan y no suelo manejarme en el momento, he tenido que aprender a manejarlo sobre todo porque a la final me duele la cabeza o el perder la paciencia hace que vea todo mal y me estrese más de lo que realmente debería ser, suelo escuchar música para lograr calmarme, o aquello que me está haciendo perderla lo dejo un rato hasta que me calme y pueda ver una solución a ello.
Me ha tocado contar hasta 100 para lograr ver el panorama de otra manera, siempre he pensado que la paciencia no va conmigo pero de todas maneras debo intentar manejarla y no dejarme llevar por las cosas que me hace perderla, la situación no es sencilla, la vida tiene sus obstáculos bien marcados y suele mostrar un panorama que no parece fácil de resolver, pero no por ello hay que quedarse atrás y no tolerar las cosas que se vienen, en su momento todo debe mejorar, mientras tanto hay que armarse de paciencia y no rendirse ante los malos momentos, siempre al final de túnel hay luz, y aunque ahorita todo parezca oscuro no se puede dejar de darle las vueltas a las cosas y bueno continuar, con paciencia en lo que se pueda.

I have had to count to 100 to be able to see the panorama in a different way, I have always thought that patience does not go with me but anyway I must try to manage it and not get carried away by the things that make me lose it, the situation is not simple, life has its well marked obstacles and usually shows a panorama that does not seem easy to solve, but it is not for that reason to stay behind and not to tolerate the things that come, in its moment everything must improve, meanwhile it is necessary to arm oneself with patience and not to surrender before the bad moments, always at the end of tunnel there is light, and although now everything seems dark it is not possible to stop giving the turns to the things and good to continue, with patience in which it is possible.

Verdaderamente que estar en Venezuela es tener una lucha diaria, lo digo con toda propiedad,apenas va llegando aquí en mi hogar la electricidad. Pero en medio del proceso que nos ha tocado vivir como venezolanos en el camino aprendí a ser paciente de lo contrario ya me hubiese destruido el mismo estrés. He aprendido a autontrolarme y tener dominio propio, llenarme de mucha fe y mantener la esperanza que las cosas en algún momento van a cambiar. ¡No es fácil pero tampoco imposible!

Generalmente, soy muy paciente. Pero algunas veces me pasa lo mismo que pierdo la paciencia y al instante reacciono y me digo que no está bien y que debo llevar una vida tranquila.
si hay situaciones que descontrolan, pero lo bueno es darse cuenta y armarse de paciencia, gracias por pasar!
Cuando era más joven no tenía nada de paciencia, me desesperaba un mundo por todo (al igual que a ti, también me daba dolor de cabeza). Luego comencé a hacer ejercicios de respiración y contaba hasta que se me pasaba. Pase años para mejorar, ahora manejo mejor la paciencia, pero a veces es difícil.
