¡Desayunó! Empanadas echas con harina de trigo rellenas con perico //Breakfast! Empanadas made with wheat flour stuffed with parakeet
Este acaba de ser el rico desayuno que servi para mis niños quise prepararles algo distinto y sabroso asi que pensé hacer las empanadas con harina de trigo,yo me las como con un buen vaso de café y a los niños su vasito de jugo.
This has just been the delicious breakfast that I served for my children.I wanted to prepare something different and tasty for them so I thought I would make the empanadas with wheat flour, I would eat them with a good glass of coffee and the children with their glass of juice.
*Ingredients
- Harina de trigo
- Huevo
- Azúcar
- Sal
- Orégano
- Leche líquida
- Wheat flour
- Egg
- Sugar
- Salt
- Oregano
- Liquid milk
En una taza de preferencia colocamos unos 200g de harina de trigo
In a preferably cup we place about 200 g of wheat flour
Agregamos 1 huevo,le agregamos un chorrito pequeño de aceite,seguido el orégano ,un toque de sal y de azúcar

Agregamos leche tibia y empezamos a amasar ¡Siempre! siempre recordando que si es necesario ir agregando más harina para que la amasa agarre consistencia estará bien hacerlo

La dejamos reposar 15min

Es una combinación,de tomate, cebolla, aliños, Condimentos,salchicha o mortadela y más importante huevo

Agarramos una pequeña bola de masa,estiramos finamente y rellenamos

Cerramos y hacemos un corte con un cuchillo o un cortador y con un tenemos hacemos pequeños cierres en las orillas y así llevamos a freír

Y listo dejamos enfriar un poco y a comer
And ready we let cool a little and eat
