Hola mi hermosa comunidad @foodies hoy quiero compartir este delicioso dulce de lechosa que hice para compartir con mi familia. El dulce de lechosa es un dulce bastante conocido en mi país Venezuela es parte de nuestra tradición y es muy rico les va a encantar, Aquí les dejo mi paso a paso.
Hello my beautiful community @foodies today I want to share this delicious dulce de lechosa that I made to share with my family. The dulce de lechosa is a well known sweet in my country Venezuela is part of our tradition and is very rich and you will love it, Here I leave you my step by step.
Ingredientes:
- 4 lechosas verdes( que da un total de 4 kilos).
- 2 kilos de azúcar.
- Dos sobrecito de clavito de olor.
- Un sobrecito de bicarbonato.
Ingredients:
- 4 green milkshakes( which gives a total of 4 kilos).
- 2 kilos of sugar.
- Two sachets of cloves.
- One sachet of baking soda.
paso 1
Empezaremos quitando las concha a las lechosas, una ves pelada las cortaremos en tiras.

We will begin by removing the shells from the milkweed, once peeled we will cut them into strips.
Paso 2
Luego agregamos el bicarbonato, revolvemos y dejamos reposar durante una una hora. después lavamos las lechosas varias veces hasta retirar completamente el bicarbonato.

Then add the baking soda and stir and let stand for an hour. Then wash the milkweed several times until the baking soda is completely removed.

Ahora lo colamos a fuego lento y agregamos un kilo de azúcar y lo dejamos cocinar durante una hora.

Now we strain it over low heat and add a kilo of sugar and let it cook for an hour.
Paso 4
Cuando la lechosa haya mermado le agregamos el otro kilo de azúcar y los dos sobrecito de clavitos de olor para que su sabor quede mas concentrado, dejamos cocinar durante una hora mas hasta que nuestro dulce empiece a espesar. Una ves que ya este listo lo colocamos en una tortera dejamos reposar y luego lo llevamos al refrigerador durante una hora y a servir.

When the milky milk has reduced we add the other kilo of sugar and the two sachets of cloves so that its flavor is more concentrated, let it cook for another hour until our sweet begins to thicken. Once it is ready we place it in a tortera, let it rest and then we take it to the refrigerator for an hour and serve it.
