November Recap - How should I draw a better strategy?
Good evening, friends!
Today I'm here to recap the month of November. I changed a lot of things, and apparently most of them weren't that beneficial.
Let's start with numbers, which is what it's all about in the end, right?
October | November | |
---|---|---|
Reputation | 66,32 | 65,96 |
Followers | 107 | 110 |
Posts per month | 12 | 30 |
Hive tokens (Hive) | 55.137 | 127 |
Staked Hive Tokens - Hive Power (HP) | 2,855.212 | 3,183.653 |
Hive Backed Dollars | 0 | 0 |
Hive Savings HBD | 1,664.238 HBD | 1,725.416 HBD |
Estimated Account Value | $ 2,628.43 | $ 2,911.18 |
In short, even though I published daily, and even with a slight increase in followers, I didn't get an increase in reputation. Although this is probably because I don't have as many self-votes of significant value, and also because I haven't had as much interaction as I'd like...
After all, the community is one of the greatest intangible assets this corner has, and we must never neglect it.
It's a known fact that this past month I've focussed on publishing daily, in order to force myself to increase consistency... look at the noticeable difference from one month to the next... the previous month I only published 12 times, an increase of 61.29% (with the due correction for October being a month of 31 days, whereas November has 30).
Despite the stimulus of publishing, the growth of the account was essentially due to my accumulating a daily Power up of 1 hive, and the HPUD of 100 Hive as I've been doing since January. Along with that, I've managed to keep a clean sheet, and I'm aiming to clear all the HPUD badges by 2023!
What strategies would you advise me to take? I'm at a fork in the road... I don't know if I should focus on the consistency of daily publication (almost a military or religious mantra... ahahaah), or if I should only publish content twice a week or less, boosting the value per publication?
The month of November, which by the way is one of my favorite months of the year... the anticipation for Christmas, meeting up with family and friends, and the month of my birthday, had a very sweet note this year! I joined @livinguktaiwan Stand Up to Cancer Squats Challenge (link to the post).
By the end of the month, I'd not only managed to do the 3,000 squats I'd set myself, but I'd doubled that number, which I explained in this post of mine.
I was very proud to have taken part in this challenge with my friends, and I want to mention that I managed to raise 50 HBD which I transferred to @livinguktaiwan , that converted it into pounds and donated it.

I'm proud to have achieved this. It may have somewhat reduced the slope of my progression, but it has made me much stronger on the inside, and even in terms of community. I managed to meet another spectacular user who has some very interesting publications. He knows who he is, right? ;)
Thank you very much for your time. I hope to see you here in the early days of 2024 with good news about my goal and my path... Fingers crossed!

Thats seems an awesome growth to me, and a big thumbs up for the posting consistency! As for the reputation, that is probably a bug; unless you're downvoted, don't think your reputation can decrease...
Good morning, Pardinus! I didn't realized that... You are right! Even if it wasn't a "bug", I haven't been downvoted since a year ago, for sake of the Gods of Blockchain! I'm very driven to increase value in my personal account, and in the engagement in the next month period :)
