Nutritious drink rich in fiber.

Hello everyone on #amazingdrinks!

I have prepared a healthy drink that contains fiber, ideal for people who have slow intestinal transit. Here is a natural option and if taken regularly it is of great benefit. This is my sugar-free papaya, carrot, oatmeal and banana drink. . Keep reading and you'll see what it's all about.

He preparado una bebida saludable y toca en fibra ideal para las personas que somos de lento tránsito intestinal, he aquí una opción natural y si se toma con regularidad es de gran beneficio, esta es mi bebida de papaya, zanahoria, avena y bananas sin azúcar. Sigan leyendo y verán de qué se trata.

These are the ingredients of this delicious and rich drink.

  • 200 grams of papaya.
  • 2 bananas.
  • 1 carrot.
  • 1 cup with oatmeal flakes.
  • Water for preparation.
  • Does not require sugar.

Estos son los ingredientes de esta deliciosa y rica bebida.

  • 200 gramos de papaya.
  • 2 bananas.
  • 1 zanahoria.
  • 1 taza con avena en hojuelas.
  • Agua para su preparación.
  • No requiere azúcar.

First we will make the carrot juice, we put only water and carrot in the blender. We strain and reserve the carrot juice and we will use the sumo in another recipe. While we do this we soak the oat flakes.

Primero haremos el jugo de zanahoria, llevamos en la licuadora solo agua y zanahoria. Colamos y reservamos el jugo de zanahoria y el sumo lo usaremos en otra receta. Mientras hacemos esto hemos las hojuelas de avena en remojo.

The juice is extracted from the carrot, and I like this juice here. I take out enough to drink some carrot juice and for the drink I'm making with the other ingredients.

Se extrae el jugo de la zanahoria, ya aquí me gusta este jugo. Saco suficiente para tomar un poco de jugo de zanahoria y para la bebida que estoy preparando con los demás ingredientes.

Then in the blender we add the wet oats and bananas. The papaya, a little cold water and mix.

When we blend all the ingredients. This is important since all the ingredients are mixed... This mixture looks creamy, the fruits provide sweetness and thickness, and it is very rich in natural fiber emanating from papaya, bananas and oats.

Cuando licuamos todos los ingredientes. Esta es importante ya que en esta se mezclan todos los ingredientes... Esta mezcla luce cremosa, las frutas aportan dulzor y espesor arena de ser muy rica en fibra natural emana de la papaya, las bananas y la avena.

Friends, I recommend this drink for 3 to 6 days in a row to regulate intestinal transit, apart from that it does not require sugar; Well, sugar is not very good for your health, but we must remember that bananas and papaya are sweet, carrot juice is also sweet, and oatmeal, although it does not have sugar, is very good for its fiber levels and for cholesterol. ; This is a juice that I recommend. I have been taking it for four days and I hope to continue doing it for a few more days until it helps me naturally control my constipation problem.

Amigos le recomiendo esta bebida por 3 a 6 días seguidos para regular el tránsito intestinal, aparte de ello no requiere azúcar; pues el azúcar no es muy buena en la salud, pero hay que recordar que las bananas y la papaya son dulce, el jugo de zanahoria también lo es y la avena aunque no tiene azúcar es muy buena con sus niveles de fibra y para el colesterol; este es un jugo que recomiendo lo he estado tomando por cuatro días y espero seguir haciéndolo unos días más hasta que me ayude de manera natural controlar mi problema de constipación.
