Hola amigos de #amazingdrinks, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una bebida muy buena para fortalecer nuestro sistema inmune, totalmente natural, no necesita aditivos químicos y mucho menos azúcar; pero es cuestión de cada gusto, les estoy comentando esto ya que es una de las que estoy tomando muy seguido primero por ser natural, segundo me refresca y tercero es una buena opción en vez de tomarse una gaseosa, la bebida natural es ideal para todo nuestro organismo. Les estoy dando el abre boca de lo que es un jugo natural de zanahoria con jengibre y un toque de limón.

Los ingredientes son los siguientes:

1 zanahoria.
30 gramos de jengibre fresco.
1 limón.
200 ml de agua para su preparación.

Algo importante que recalcar es que la zanahoria se debe lavar muy bien y luego con su piel se va a cortar en trocitos para llevarla a la licuadora, el jengibre igualmente y el limón se extrae el jugo o se le puede rayar y echar.

En la licuadora añadimos el agua potable, fresca, natural o fría, junto con la zanahoria cortadas en trocitos con su concha obviamente o su piel y el jengibre de la misma manera, para poder procesar mezclamos por un minuto aproximadamente.
