Dashati Old Street

In the alleys of Zhongyi Street, there is a street called Dashati, which has always been a commercial street. Buildings on both sides of the street are wooden shops. During World War II, Japanese bombers carried out large-scale attacks on Ruian. Dashati is one of the hard-hit areas.
The bad thing about wooden houses is that they are easy to catch fire. Ten houses were destroyed by fire during the Republic of China. The most recent repair was in 2020, and the street gradually became a popular place to clock in.
