Valldemosa is a tiny village nestled in the Sierra de Tramontana mountain range on the island of Mallorca. It has just over two thousand inhabitants and its physiognomy of stone houses and narrow streets adorned with flowers and plants is perfectly preserved, although its main attraction is La Cartuja, a monastery that dates from the 15th century and is famous for having housed the musician Frederic Chopin and the writer George Sand for a long period between 1838 and 1839. Both created an important part of their work during their stay at the Charterhouse. The building in the foreground is the aforementioned Charterhouse.

Nice landscape. Too bad you didn't write it as a separate article. It definitely deserves more attention and votes.

Hi @bucipuci
Thanks a lot for your advice. I will try to do next time, but it is always a matter of time, or better the lack of time.
Anyway I don’t know how to arrive of being rewarded faithfully. Sometimes I have published a more or less good quality text articles and very nice pictures and the rewards were really so poor. It’s obvious I don’t know the Hive system.
You're welcome :-)
The voting system on Hive is sometimes a "mystery" :-). A lot depends on the tags used, the time of publication, who follows you and a lot more. I can't predict what kind of response the article will have.
