RE: Transfer Anxiety

We all know that if we sent crypto to the wrong wallet, the money is simply lost.

This risk of sending coins to black holes is an issue I can't understand why this still exists. What if there were a transaction type where both the sender and the receiver signed the transfer eliminating typing errors and use of expired adresses.
