What is the most important thing that you ALWAYS carry with you, and why?

In this question, it contains many aspects that I can talk to. Because there are not one or two things that I always carry with me, I want to talk in two aspects that are the visible side and the invisible side.

Nowadays, we are living in a 4.0 world, keeping in touch is very important and it is so necessary. We are no more living in a world that needs 3-4 days to receive a letter or go to the telephone booth to make a call to your family. Now, it contains in a cellphone and not only with the function is call - send or receive messages but also become an assistant of anyone by their abilities. For me, it became one of the important things that I always carry with me everywhere except the testing room. Sometimes, I forgot my wallet at home but I am not too scared of it, because I still have the electric wallet on my phone. But without my phone, I definitely have to go back and take it with me.

This is the visible thing that I want to share, and the invisible thing is the optimistic mindset. I trained myself and learned every day how to improve the way I look at the situation and my thinking. I always talked to myself that might meet the trouble and difficulties but never give up on trying. And I think training my mind in looking at a good side of a problem will help me find the solution faster and easier. By the way, it helps me to prevent negative thinking which easily came when we get stressed. I learned to think no matter what the situation, stay positive. Because negative thoughts are most prevalent during times of difficulty and exhaustion, negative thinking will only make matters worse, not better. Therefore, creating the habit of thinking positively every day, even during the toughest and most exhausting times, will help transform my inner thoughts. This gives me the motivation and energy to keep working, as well as the courage to get up and keep going.

Thinking positively requires patience. Most people ignore the fact that we need to also take care of ourselves as well as the rest of society. So, whenever I feel negative thoughts coming on, slow down, close my eyes and take a deep breath. Then I was able to regain consciousness, wait for those negative thoughts to pass, and then you could spread more positive thoughts around or make myself feel better and gain more energy to continue my works.
Therefore, an optimistic mindset and phone are the things that I always carry with me. One is the phone - my right hand, which helps me to keep the connection between me and everyone. One is the optimistic mindset that helps me have good mental health to enjoy the good things in this world also solve the problems in effective ways.
