Shakshuka (Middle Eastern) Recipe. πŸ‘ˆ Begin here.

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. SautΓ© onion and bell pepper for 5 minutes.
  2. Add garlic and spices, stirring for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the crushed tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and let simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Make small wells in the sauce and crack eggs into each well. Cover the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes until eggs are just set.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with crusty bread or pita.
