Yes the fees on ETH has been high for the most part for pretty long now. PULSE is the best ETH fork ever, where you get a copy of almost all ERC20 tokens, its the biggest airdrop in history.

I dont know trust wallet, never used it, so I dont know what you can do in that, if you like you can ask the question in HEX discord, for sure they know the answer: https://discord.gg/hexpls
