TAKING CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE π
Hello everyone and welcome to my blog at this hour. Our every day life is made up of constant decision making process. There are quite a number of decisions that we make during the day, right from the beginning of the day till the end of the day. Some of these decisions include deciding what outfit to wear, what activities to do according to the order of importance, where to go, who to visit and so on. Well, sit back, relax and enjoy all that I have packaged for your reading pleasure.
No matter how one plans or make careful choices in life, no one can ever be fully prepared for the unforseen circumstances of life. When the unexpected happens it is likely to become very disturbed, anxious and feel down, as it may look like the burden of the whole world is on your shoulders. The feeling of carrying the burden of the whole world on one's head comes with the feeling of not being in total control of the affairs of your life like you'd want to.
As humans we do not always have a clue to when we might be caught in difficult situations in life and the duration, that is, how long it will take, so it makes us afraid, sad, and frustrated. Oftentimes, we feel like our life is out of our control due to the stress that we face in ensuring that our family is in order, business is booming and everything is going smoothly. In situations when we do not get the results that we desire it may feel like the world has turned its back against us. It is important to manage stress in order not to let it get out of control because stress can be very difficult to handle if it is not well managed.
Due to health conditions that do not give notice before they appear or the ones that are very difficult to cure, it may make affected persons feel so bad about themselves. It is not a good feeling to constantly have health challenges or have loved ones that are constantly battling with one health condition or another. It is best to worry less about one's health even though it is not possible not to worry at all. More importantly, pay more attention to the area that is under your control such as taking regular checkups, using medications as prescribed and practicing a healthy lifestyle.
When you feel like your life is getting out of control you can try to speak to someone about it and share how you feel with someone you trust and it sure will make you feel better. Positive thinking is also a way to help you put your life under your control - speaking positively to your life will help you give your life a new shape. Think about the good things about your life and not focus on the negatives.

Thank you for sharing such a beautiful post about taking control of our lives. We are in conrol and it is better to always have a positive thoughts always instead of being pessimist that could affect the way we are and how we see things. As a man thinks, so he is.

I really appreciate your points been shared in this post but the truth be told, some people fail to take decision on their own because they don't want to be blamed if throughly is a wrong one and they better still rely on other people decision which is not bad at all but shouldn't make it a constant habit because everyone have his or her own life to live and at the same time we make try and make decisions on our own in other to stand out strong from a particular situation and this boost one moral to overcome challenges when it occurs
