Whatever Goes Up Will Surely Come Down
Throw a stone up. Yes, it comes back down. This is as a result of gravity; a natural phenomenon by which masses are attracted to one another. It's simply why we aren't falling to outer space. I think this concept of whatever goes up must come down can be very well translated to every financial market.
Scrolling through Twitter I've seen alot of tweets on the subject of Bitcoin's falling price. People scolding bitcoin & making it seem Bitcoin & cryptocurrency in general is done for good. Bruh! It's just a dip.
One of the most interesting tweet I saw was from Peter Schiff saying Bitcoin has no value.
What?
I find the down talking of Bitcoin & the crypto market quite absurd because things like this happens ever so often in other financial markets; Forex, Stocks ... Simply because BTC fell to as low as $40k & the crypto market is one the red doesn't mean BTC & cryptocurrency in general have no future. As a matter of fact I believe Cryptocurrency is the future & the future is now.
Just like every other financial asset, Bitcoin wasn't expected to keep skyrocketing up but to go down at some point. What people didn't expect was how far it'll go down. But dips are nothing to be overly worried about & definitely not something that should result to one losing faith in the asset.
I remember when I was first starting to hear about Bitcoin & cryptocurrency, the word Volatility which is "liability to change rapidly and unpredictably, especially for the worse", was very much emphasized in every article I read about crypto market. This volatility is here & here to stay.
These times are technical no doubt. Especially for persons who are at a loss. But it's quite an opportunity as well. An opportunity to make those crypto investments, to stake up those Hive & Leotokens as the market will definitely experience rise again.
The cryptocurrency space is full of incredible innovations. With web 3.0 in place, it is creating opportunities that'll help change how people view the world & money. This vlog by @taskmaster4450 for example, talks about human's attachment to money & how cryptocurrency can try to correct that with the initiative of abundance.
Bitcoin & Cryptocurrency is here to stay! And for investors: Always remember to invest what you can afford to lose!
