It is nice to see that the “curly kale” from northern Germany is spreading its leaves in Slovenia as well. When it comes to preparing it, you need to remember that it needs to be treated slightly different from “our” Savoy cabbage. But as a talented hobby cook, you will surely find the right recipe.😋😉

Yes. This leaf kale is tougher than regular kale, so we use only the soft leaf and cut off the stems.
