Second way to eat your Baozi

Good morning everyone. How's the weather there? It's starting to cold in Taunggyi. For a foodie, the more changes the weather, the harder to choose a breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal so I don't want to choose the wrong breakfast.

For today, I'm gonna share about my breakfast. I buy some baozi in small and regular size from the shop of my sister's friend. I hope you all enjoy eating some hot baozi in the cold morning. I buy 20 small baozi and 8 regular baozi.

That's perfect to eat one baozi in the early morning. It's better with a cup of coffee. I also deep-fry small baozi for my breakfast.

That's important not to over-fry. Baozi are already steamed so that doesn't take so much time.

Don't forget to flip baozi when color becomes golden brown.

I really like the color and the crispiness of fried baozi. That's super easy. Right? You just need to buy small baozi. You can find this cuisine at almost every Chinese restaurant.

I have a friend who can't stand the smell of baozi. I can't predict which kind of nose she's. Just a joke. Hope she'll like to eat baozi one of these days.
