A night the light went off but turn it into a sweet night

Good evening everyone. How’s your day?Mine is a long day.The light went off this evening about two hours. That’s lucky that we have candles. First, I thought the light went off only for 20 minutes. But it took more than 20 minutes then we decided to prepare some snack instead of sitting and waiting for the light.

My aunt had boiled sweet potatoes this afternoon and my sister thought that’s perfect to fry sweet potatoes. That’s her first time and I’m not excepting too much. I’ve never tried fried sweet potatoes before.

She chopped sweet potatoes into cubes and deep fried it. Then she added some seasoning to it. The recipe is so simple but the taste is so good that you’ll be surprised. I thought it’s totally looked the same with French fried.

So tonight, we ate both boiled and deep fried sweet potatoes with mayonnaise and spice. We also took a selfie. If you already have some sweet potatoes at your house , you should try to deep fried it. It’s so crispy outside and so soft inside the cubes. I truly thank my sister for this delicious snack.
