Siempre encantada de escribir de nuevo para ustedes, y en esta oportunidad sobre todo porque para nadie es un secreto que me encanta la comida, amor comer, la verdad que no soy mala boca para nada. Pero sobre todo algo que amo y pudiera comer toda mi vida, sería pasta.

Así que el día de hoy voy hablarles de una receta muy deliciosoa que es pasta con pollo en salsa bechamel. Pues la verdad es bueno variar a veces muestras comidas y esta es una receta súper deliciosa, y también súper fácil, con pocos ingredientes que seguramente tendrás a la mano a la hora de hacerla, también es muy funcional para eso momentos donde quieras algo rápido.

El día de ayer me encontraba en casa de mi tía, ya que en mi casa no había luz y pues necesitaba hacer algo de la universidad, en eso me di cuenta que no habían almorzado y pues me atreví a ayudarla y a hacerlo con las cosas que tenía a la mano. Y en eso salió esta rica receta.

Well the truth is good to vary sometimes sample meals and this is a super delicious recipe, and also super easy, with few ingredients that you will surely have on hand at the time of making it, it is also very functional for those moments where you want something quick.

Yesterday I was at my aunt's house, since there was no electricity in my house and I needed to make something for the university, then I realized that they had not had lunch and I dared to help her and make it with the things I had on hand. And that's when this delicious recipe came out.

PREPARACION.

Para condimentar mi pollo solo lo hice con sal y un toque de mostaza, si quieres puedes condimentarlo con cubito, adobo etc, gustos de cada quien. Continúe agregar al sartén un poquito de mantequilla, y paso a cocinar mi pollo por un rato, con un poquito de cebolla picada.

Mientras se hacía eso, empecé a preparar en un recipiente la mezcla para la salsa, coloque agua, leche y una cucharada de harina de trigo, esto lo puedes hacer en un licuadora. Luego que tenía mi pollo listo, como iba a utilizar el mismo sartén, pase mi pollo a otro lugar. En eso para la salsa, volví agregar mantequilla al sartén, agregue mis cebollas picada y espero a que se cocinaran.

Posteriormente deje que se cocinaran otro rato, en eso coloco la mezcla que ya tenía lista. Y dejé que se cocinaran y que espesara. Luego agrego un toque de sal al gusto, y un poquito de queso. Y listo así tendrás un rico pollo en salsa blanca para tu pasta.

For the sauce, I added butter back to the pan, added my chopped onions and waited for them to cook.

Then I let them cook for another while, then I put the mixture that I already had ready. And I let it cook and thicken. Then I add a touch of salt to taste, and a little bit of cheese. And that's it, you will have a delicious chicken in white sauce for your pasta.
