YouTube Takes Down @leofinance Channel in Another Move Against Cryptocurrency | @splinterlands Faced The Same From Twitter in Past | Here is What We Can Do
I only watched a part of the latest AMA from the team. Twitter does not allow me to play at 2X speed which is my preferred way to go through these AMAs (and most other content). Today I decided to check things out YouTube since I didn't see anything on the official blog either.
I Tried Searching The Channel
I frist tried on YouTube search. There was nothing from the official channel. I used a private window on Brave and searched to see if there are any search results. I did find a link to a video and came across this:
@splinterlands Faced The Same on Twitter
Does anyone remember what Twitter did when they announced they were releasing their own NFTs? Learn/refresh your memories here. The timing could technically be a coincidence. What is certainly not a coincidence is how these social media platforms have been anti-cryptocurrency, anti-decentralization and anti-freedom through the years.

Spread to Alternatives!
Most people are unaware of HIVE. That is mainly the fault of HIVE. There has not been enough investment towards either getting more developers or doing more marketing. Projects like Zion are stupidly attempting to create decentralized social media on Lightning Network!
The demand and interest towards decentralization is already there in high amounts. There are millions practically begging for a #ProjectBlank which should be coming Soon™. There is already @dbuzz on HIVE of which I use the beta version. LBRY has been doing the best among all of these getting serious attention from creators who are not even deep in cryptocurrency or libertarian space.
Statistic Looking Great
You can take a look at more statistics here. They are painting a very positive outlook for the project. This is great news for @spknetwork which is entering a similar space by becomign a HIVE for video content instead of blogging. Their claim drop start on HIVE fork's second birthday on March 20th.
Stealth Onboarding is The Best
Once you go and start selling everyday people "Freedom of Speech", they are often turned off or at least somewhat unsettled. Those who jump in are a minority. Many of them are likely already on decentralized social media or at least alternative social media like BitChute.
Approaching the general audiences with gaming, blogging or video creation can be a very effective way to grab their attention without being on their faces like a sales person for a product. The interaction is likely to feel more organic. Take a look at the POLYCUB website.
This is A+ Branding for CUB + LEO
It gets users curious enough to look into more about this BSC project and LEO Twitter which seems to share so many articles from a website called https://leofinance.io Even the TokTok account featuring @khaleelkazi is slowly exposing more everyday people into CUB and LEO. This is the way to go!
Gaming + DeFI For Those Already in Cryptosphere
I have been pushing games and @dbuzz as best places to get more users to HIVE. So far @splinterlands have been a case study to prove my claims 100% by exposing over half a million users to HIVE blockchain in the last six months alone.
Our DAPPs are doing significantly well in this regard. Where we have a lot more to improve is in the realm of alternative social media. These places have more users who are more freedom conscious. They are looking for more anti-fragile solutions where they can speak their mind and not have it all go down the drain because some servers shut down.
Once we bring users to HIVE, we can have them interact and learn more about what each community is good at. Gamer can teach people about NFTs and those in the #informationwar community can make sure people are exposed to the truths mainstream doesn't allow to get out. It is a chance for everyone to get educated and grow together.
Keep Up The Good Fight!

Fun fact: The Hive Blockchain allow literally everything to get out, but there are too many ignored/overlooked posts on the Hive blockchain.
This is because most people focus on posting, and only a few people focus on content consuming. So even if you post the straight truth about something, it will quickly get buried under the tons of posts created every minute.
People often asks why they do not get support and actual readers under their posts. This is why. Because almost everyone is focused on posting.
The Hive blockchain need real content consumers.
@leofinance seems to be getting a great deal of content consumers due to their focus on a niche and well designed home page. Even that is not saturated with content consumers as much as you would like to see. It will take some time to bring more readers to the platform. Focusing on promoting articles outside of HIVE is important for this.
!PIZZA
If we have learned anything from the past decade is "truth" is not wanted, rather humanity would rather gather around comforting lies. The harder someone tries to sell their "truth", the more suspect their information likely is.
