My Actifit Report Card: December 11 2021

This is my 71th Actifit post, after one day.

I had a CT scan today in a visualization center which is about 45 mins away to me by bus. I needed to go there before afternoon to recieve the result in the same day, therefore I had to wake up early. I must admit that I couldn't get rested for a few weekends. The weather has been sunny and warm for a few days. After getting of the bus, I had to find the CT scan center with navigation or asking people.

Finally, I found it and had CT scan in ten mins. I got on the bus way back to home. I rested some time and then went for shopping. In the evening, I met my friend who I know him for more than 20 years. We drank, talked till midnight and went down memory lane.

At the end of the day I made 13460 steps and it is more than 26k steps together with yesterday. This was a great activity for me.
