⚡ ¡Hola, comunidad de HoloZing! Espero que estén pasando un gran día hoy.

Esta es la primera vez que publico en esta comunidad, honestamente no sabía de su existencia, me enteré porque mi pareja me dijo que hace poco habían hecho un concurso de arte y lamentablemente no pude participar.

Esta vez he decidido hacer un FanArt de una de sus criaturas, concretamente de Electric Rabbit. Me pareció muy tierno y adorable, así que decidí hacer mi propia interpretación.

Siempre disfruto de hacer FanArts porque salgo de mi zona de confort, que es un estilo infantil, y me dejó llevar a la hora de interpretar este tipo de estilos. Me llaman mucho la atención sus personajes porque tienen una vibra de Pokémon, que es uno de mis juegos favoritos y que lo he jugado desde que era un niño, así que fue un poco más fácil hacer este dibujo.

La verdad es que me cuesta un poco hacer personajes que no se parezcan a mi estilo, pero bueno, siempre doy lo mejor de mí y poco a poco voy mejorando. Así que sin nada más que decir, los dejo con el paso a paso.

• ⚡ Hello, HoloZing community! I hope you are having a great day today.

• This is the first time I post in this community, I honestly didn't know about its existence, I found out about it because my partner told me that they had recently made an art contest and unfortunately I couldn't participate.

• This time I decided to make a FanArt of one of your creatures, specifically Electric Rabbit. I thought it was very cute and adorable, so I decided to do my own interpretation.

• I always enjoy doing FanArts because I get out of my comfort zone, which is a childish style, and I let myself go when it comes to interpreting this kind of styles. I'm really drawn to his characters because they have a Pokémon vibe, which is one of my favorite games and I've played it since I was a kid, so it was a little easier to do this drawing.

• The truth is that it's a little hard for me to make characters that don't look like my style, but well, I always do my best and little by little I'm getting better. So without anything else to say, I leave you with the step by step.

Lo primero que hice fue hacer el boceto. Para ello hice algunos muy sucios para tener idea de lo que quería hacer y, después de tener la idea lista, con el pincel que ven en la imagen, terminé de pulir el boceto.

Una vez que tuve el boceto listo, utilicé la herramienta lazo para contornear todo el borde del personaje. Cuando ya lo tenía todo seleccionado, lo rellené usando la herramienta de balde de pintura con un color gris, y así tener la base lista.

• The first thing I did was to make the sketch. For this I made some very dirty ones to get an idea of what I wanted to do and, after I had the idea ready, with the brush you see in the picture, I finished polishing the sketch.

• Once I had the sketch ready, I used the lasso tool to outline the whole edge of the character. When I had it all selected, I filled it using the paint bucket tool with a gray color, and so I had the base ready.

Después de tener la capa base hecha, empecé a aplicar cada uno de los colores base del personaje. Para ello fui creando varias capas en modo 'máscara de recorte' para que solo se pintara encima de la capa gris y así evitar salirme de las líneas y facilitar más el trabajo. Así que con la herramienta lazo y el balde de pintura fui coloreando cada una de las zonas, cada una en una capa diferente para evitar problemas a futuro.

Después de aplicar los colores base, en cada una de esas capas fui agregando las luces y sombras del personaje, para así detallar más el dibujo. En la imagen pueden ver el pincel que utilicé para colorear y detallar todo el dibujo.

• After I had the base layer done, I started to apply each of the base colors of the character. To do this I created several layers in 'clipping mask' mode to paint only on top of the gray layer to avoid going out of the lines and make the work easier. So with the lasso tool and the paint bucket I was coloring each of the areas, each one in a different layer to avoid problems in the future.

• After applying the base colors, in each of those layers I added the lights and shadows of the character, in order to detail more the drawing. In the image you can see the brush I used to color and detail the whole drawing.

Cómo último paso detallé al personaje, agregando algunos ratones y suavizando algunas zonas, como último paso coloreé al huevo de pascua que está abrazando y también le añadí un fondo para que el personaje no se viera tan solo y como detalle final añadí un poco de sombra debajo del personaje para que no pareciera que está flotando.

• As last step I detailed the character, adding some mice and softening some areas, as last step I colored the easter egg that is hugging and I also added a background so the character doesn't look so lonely and as final detail I added some shadow under the character so he doesn't look like he is floating.
