Sunset from Mandra dam

Yesterday with my friends we were cycling to Bataka area, which is located on the land of the Bulgarian village Tvarditsa.

There is located Lake Mandra, which is the largest of the four Burgas lakes.

The lake has been turned into Mandra Dam since 1963. One of the major airways of migratory birds, Via Pontica, passes through it.

While we were there flocks of birds passed over us. Sunset time was approaching, but the thick clouds above the horizon did not allow us to see the sun disappear.
