Adiós agosto, bienvenido septiembre |Goodbye August, welcome September

Hola hivers! Hoy 1 ero de septiembre estoy sumamente feliz! Más que feliz diría yo. Por suerte se termino agosto... Y es que pasaron muchas cosas en agosto pero no cosas buenas aunque bueno todo lo veo como un aprendizaje y cada cosa me hace más fuerte

Hello hivers! Today September 1st I am extremely happy! More than happy I would say. Luckily August is over... A lot of things happened in August but not good things, although I see everything as a learning process and everything makes me stronger.

Me pase el mes entero enferma, de hecho tuve gripe y ya para finalizar el mes me volvió a dar gripe o el virus realmente no se ni que es lo que me ha dado jaja, aun así no se dejo de hacer ejercicio a excepción de algunos días en los que me sentía verdaderamente mal, me sacaron la sangre para unos exámenes como 5 veces y con lo costoso que son ahora cualquier examen y más que eran unos especiales pero de eso les hablaré cuando me sienta mejor y más cómoda

I spent the whole month sick, in fact I had the flu and by the end of the month I got the flu again or the virus, I really do not even know what it is that has given me haha, even so I did not stop exercising except for a few days when I felt really bad, they took my blood for some tests about 5 times and with how expensive they are now any test and more than they were special ones but I will talk about that when I feel better and more comfortable.

Tambien el maquillaje formó parte de mi mes, maquille a una amiguita de gimnasia y a pesar de ser una niña se veía muy bonita y angelical, no suelo maquillar niñas porque pienso que el maquillaje es para las grandes, pero obviamente se puede hacer para estos eventos especiales como una competencia o algún recital de ballet, además de también maquillar a mi amiga para una ocasión importante en su vida como su graduación

Makeup was also part of my month, I made up a little friend from gymnastics and despite being a girl she looked very pretty and angelic, I don't usually make up girls because I think that makeup is for big girls, but obviously it can be done for these special events like a competition or a ballet recital, plus I also made up my friend for an important occasion in her life like her graduation.

Hubieron muchos malos días, en los que estuve muy decaída, qué por más que intenta estar de mejor ánimo y tener energía, simplemente no quería salir de la cama, lo bueno y lo más bonito de todo fue que empece a adquirir mejores hábitos de alimentación, me hice más consciente de lo que tanto había postergado y era dejar la azúcar, no del todo pero si bajar la cantidad que consumía, además de que empecé a dormir mejor y eso realmente era algo que necesitaba porque cuando no duermo todo en mi cuerpo deja de funcionar correctamente

There were many bad days, in which I was very down, even though I tried to be in a better mood and have energy, I just did not want to get out of bed, the good thing and the most beautiful of all was that I started to acquire better eating habits, I became more aware of what I had put off so much and that was to give up sugar, not completely but to lower the amount I consumed, plus I started to sleep better and that was really something I needed because when I do not sleep everything in my body stops functioning properly.
