Restaurant "El Paraíso" Amazing Scenery From the Mountains

Hello friends, I hope you are well and have a beautiful week. Yesterday I had the opportunity to visit a place that I wanted to know so much and after a busy week at work, it was a great opportunity to visit this restaurant called "El Paraíso". When I arrived and saw the view, I could understand its name, since the view is impressive and beautiful, you can see from above the whole Margarita Island and in the background the sea. The place used to be an inn, but when the pandemic started they had to close and now it is only a restaurant and to go there you have to write before because it is by reservation. I imagine that since the place is a bit far away, they are aware of the amount of food they can offer to the clients. I was able to try the BBQ ribs and the lamb, both were very tasty, the contours a little simple and really to be honest, the food is tasty, but what makes the restaurant special is the view that is spent, the attention and the macaw that is called "Bonita". The owners of the place told me that the macaw has been with them since she was little and never learned to fly, so she stayed in that beautiful place and does not like to be touched on her head or tail, in fact, she has bitten several people and that made me a little nervous ha ha; however, I dared to put her on my arm and almost couldn't breathe xD. I could say that this is one of the most beautiful and amazing landscapes I have met in Margarita Island so far. The air you breathe is pure and you are surrounded by a lot of vegetation with an intense green and it is an area where it is cold, it is totally different the climate of those heights to the one you feel below.
100% recommended this place if you want a day to disconnect from the routine, see the island from the top and also eat delicious food.

Hola amigos, espero que estén bien y tengan una hermosa semana. Ayer tuve la oportunidad de conocer un lugar al que tenía tantas ganas de conocer y después de una ajetreada semana en el trabajo, me cayó como anillo al dedo visitar este restaurante que se llama "El Paraíso". Cuando llegue y vi la vista, pude entender su nombre, ya que la vista es impresionante y hermosa, puedes ver desde arriba toda la Isla de Margarita y al fondo el mar. El lugar antes era una posada, pero cuando empezó la pandemia tuvieron que cerrar y ahora solo es restaurante y para ir debes escribir antes porque es por reservación. Yo me imagino que como el lugar es un poco lejos, se percatan de la cantidad de alimentos que puedan ofrecerle a los clientes. Pude probar las costillas BBQ y el cordero, ambos estaban muy rico, los contornos un poco simples y realmente para ser sincera, la comida es rica, pero lo que hace especial el restaurante es la vista que se gasta, la atención y la guacamaya que se llama "Bonita". Los dueños del lugar me contaron que la guacamaya la tienen desde pequeña y que nunca aprendió a volar, por lo que se quedó en ese hermoso lugar y no le gusta que le toquen la cabeza ni la cola, de hecho, le ha picado a varias personas y eso me tenía un poco nerviosa ja ja; sin embargo, me atreví a colocármela en el brazo y casi que ni respirar xD. Podría decir que este es uno de los paisajes más bonitos y asombrosos que he conocido en la Isla de Margarita hasta ahora. El aire que respiras es puro y estas rodeado de muchísima vegetación con un verde intenso y es una zona donde hace frío, es totalmente diferente el clima de esas alturas a la que se siente abajo.
100% recomendado este lugar si quieres un día para desconectarte de la rutina, ver a la isla desde lo más alto y también comer rico.
