La sinergia es un valor humano que consiste en el trabajo en conjunto para obtener un resultado que sería mayor a la suma de las partes, es como decir 2+2=4 pero cuando hay sinergia 2+2=5.

Por ejemplo podemos verlo en la naturaleza con las secoyas, que son árboles que tienen raíces superficiales, cuando están aisladas es decir en una unidad el viento fuerte lograría tumbarla, pero un instinto natural de supervivencia les permite unir sus raíces y así impedir que los vientos por más fuertes que sean las tumben, con lo cual podemos ver de manera práctica lo que es la sinergia.

La sinergia también se aplica en la comunicación interpersonal efectiva, en cuyo caso nos comunicamos no sólo verbal, vocal o corporalmente sino que ponemos el corazón y todos los sentidos en lo que tratamos de expresar y así todas los que participan de esa comunicación empiezan a sentir, a vivir de forma real el estímulo y el mayor aprendizaje, sienten que se desarrollan más como personas y que asi obtienen más conocimientos.
Synergy is also applied in effective interpersonal communication , in which case we communicate not only verbally, vocally or corporally but we put our heart and all our senses in what we try to express and thus all those who participate in that communication begin to feel, to live in a real way the stimulus and the greater learning, they feel that they develop more as people and that working as a team they get more knowledge, through excellent feedback.
Sinergizar o actuar de manera sinérgica en la vida es un excelente hábito que nos permite crear una cultura de trabajo en equipo tanto en las relaciones familiares como laborales, culturales y de todo tipo, permitiéndonos que mientras más auténticos seamos más sincera y sostenida en el tiempo será la relación, obteniendo más y mejor resultado en la solución de los problemas o conflictos.
Synergizing or acting in a synergic way in life is a great habit that allows us to create a culture of working together in family, work, cultural and all kinds of relationships, allowing us that the more authentic we are, the more sincere and sustained in time the relationship will be, thus obtaining more and better results in solving problems or conflicts.
La naturaleza está llena de sinergia, por ejemplo cuando las aves migran de un sitio para otro forman una figura parecida a la letra V, y eso tiene su razón de ser ya que la primera le va quitando la fricción del viento a las que van detrás haciendo que el vuelo sea más cómodo y pudiendo llegar más lejos que si volaran solas, claro en este caso ellas se turnan, es como vemos en las competencias olímpicas donde vemos que nadie quiere tomar la punta porque sabe que va a soportar la fricción del aire y los demás se van a escuda detrás de él.

Otro ejemplo típico de sinergia también se ve en el deporte del fútbol, donde todos los jugadores del equipo, sin egoísmo ni ánimos de mediocridad le pasan la pelota al delantero que siempre es un excelente jugador, para que éste haga el gol y con ello gana todo el equipo.

Puedo concluir diciendo que la sinergia se alcanza cuando las personas se unen para lograr un resultado superior al que lograrían actuando solos, utilizando la creatividad que Le permite utilizar un método, sistema o forma totalmente nueva sacada claro, de la suma de las opiniones e ideas de todos los participantes. La sinergia es una recompensa que se obtiene por el deseo de que todos ganen en la relación.
I can conclude by saying that synergy is achieved when people unite to achieve a result superior to what they would achieve acting alone, using the creativity that allows them to make use of a method, system or totally new form, drawn from the sum of the opinions and ideas of all participants. Synergy is a reward that is obtained by the desire that everyone wins in the relationship.
