Assassin's Creed Shadows: An Epic Journey to Feudal Japan.
Assassin's Creed fans can rejoice! The next chapter in the open-world RPG franchise, formerly known as Codename Red, has been officially revealed as Assassin's Creed Shadows. This epic adventure takes us to feudal Japan, a completely new location for the series, where we will experience the story of a deadly shinobi assassin and a legendary samurai.
A New Era for Assassin's Creed
Shadows marks a new era for the franchise, being the last game based on the open-world RPG structure introduced in Origins. While this formula has breathed fresh air into the series and attracted a loyal fan base, Ubisoft has announced that future titles will take a different approach. However, fans can rest assured that Shadows will deliver the same immersive and rewarding experience with an amazing mix of action, stealth, exploration and story.
The journey to feudal Japan promises a unique and memorable gaming experience. Japan's rich culture and mythology will provide an inexhaustible source of inspiration for game designers, giving fans a fresh perspective on the Assassin-Templar universe. We can expect stunning scenery, a vast world to explore and a fascinating culture to discover.
Players will have the chance to control two distinct protagonists: a deadly shinobi assassin and a legendary samurai. Each character will have their own unique play style, providing a varied and rewarding gameplay experience. The ability to alternate between the two roles will allow for a more complex approach to missions and a deeper exploration of the game world.
Assassin's Creed Shadows is available for pre-order now and will be released on November 15 on Windows PC, Mac computers with Apple silicon processors, Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5. The price of the game is 69.99 Euro.
For those looking to play Shadows on PC, the minimum system requirements include an Intel i7-4790 or AMD Ryzen 5 1600 processor, 8GB of RAM and 100GB of storage space, as well as an Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB or AMD RX 570 graphics card 4GB. For an optimal experience, an Intel i7-8700k or AMD Ryzen 5 3600 processor, 16 GB of RAM and an Nvidia GTX 2070 8GB or AMD RX 5700XT 8GB graphics card are recommended.
Assassin's Creed Shadows promises to be an epic and immersive adventure, featuring a new world to explore, a fascinating story and two unique characters to control. With stunning graphics, a vast world and a wide range of gameplay options, Shadows has everything it needs to be a huge success. Assassin's Creed fans will not want to miss this unforgettable experience!

The game looks good, but being Ubisoft, it keeps me from having high expectations. I just hope they get it right and it's not an AC identical to the last 3 games but with a Japanese setting. Being able to control a Samurai, they could choose to polish the combat a lot to make it feel really good to fight. I hope it works out well.
I'm super excited of this. Assassin's Creed is one of my favorite series and will remain like that no matter the direction it follows. I know this one especially is a bit controversial because of the fans of Ghost of Tushima who feel like it copied it somehow but I really am excited for it.
Assassin's Creed was and still continues to be a truly iconic series in the world of video games that had a significant impact on the action-adventure genre. Controversy is quite common in the industry, especially when it comes to games with similar themes and mechanics. The important thing is that you enjoy the game and that it gives you a pleasant experience. !LUV !WEED

I am anxiously waiting for the story. I hope they make a 40-hour main story gameplay although the place is set on a tiny island of Japan. Would we get to row boats too like in origins?
The franchise game offers a unique experience. For the new game that will take place in Japan, we can anticipate that Ubisoft will integrate local mythology and legends in a similar way to the other variants. Japan has a rich and diverse mythology, with gods (kami), spirits (yōkai), and legendary heroes that can provide a wealth of material for story and gameplay. !LUV !MEME !GIF !WEED
