Paper Cup Parole
Every December our school has a school project for us parents. Except last year I remember there were none. So they want us to submit it a little early. For each grade they sent us a video of what we are going to make. The color and materials are mandatory expect for the other designs. The more creative the more grade our kids will have.
Materials
- Paper Cups
- Glue Stick
- Stapler
- Orange Ribbon
- Yarn
- Recycle material
Procedure
Staple the 20 paper cups to form a circle. Then to make it more steady paste each edge with glue gun.
After the cups has been arranged it's time to put the orange ribbon. We also used a glue stick to attach it.
It's time to put the leaves on the side of each cup. My daughter @katsuki29 has a lot of ideas when it comes to DIY. The stuff are from my aunts, she replaced her plastic flowers I know she'll throw it away so I asked if we can have it.
Notice that it only looked round so we put two cups on the center. In that way it can add up a design. We also put ribbon on the side of the parole. My daughter watched a tutorial on how to make a lovely ribbon and looks like she made it perfectly.
My husband has an idea to make it more look a like of a parole. He told us to put two paper cups at the bottom of the parole. It was a bit hard to attach I wasn't able to capture photo. What I love the most about making this Christmas decoration; is the bonding it created to us.
We made two parole for my kindergarten Ria and Jj grade 4. My son told that us the best design will be the winner. But it hasn't announced, at atleast we gave our best for this project.
I also capture our school the full of paroles that made by the other grades. There were a lot of designs, the difference of each of it made it special.
