✨ Ufo Robot Gran Dizer ✨

Hello everyone 😊✨ I hope you are all doing well, it's been a while since I was here 🥲 I missed the anime reviews and such ✨ but hey, we're back hehe and this time I want to share a review of a somewhat old but very good anime, I hope you like it.

Holaa a todos 😊✨ espero estén muy bien, tenía tiempo que no pasaba por aquí 🥲 ya extrañaba las reseñas de anime y demás ✨ pero bueno ya estamos de regreso jejej y en esta ocasión quiero compartir una reseña de un anime algo viejo pero muy bueno, espero les guste.

This anime is very dear to me, I watched it with my father and brother when I was a child and it brings back wonderful memories. It is a somewhat old anime, it belongs to the Mazinger Z universe, specifically to the 3rd place.

Este anime es muy querido para mí, me lo ví con mi padre y hermano cuando era una niña y me trae maravillosos recuerdos. Es un anime algo viejo, pertenece al universo de Mazinger Z, específicamente al 3 lugar

This is "Ufo Robot Gran Dizer", released in October 1975 by the Toe Animation studio, written by Go Nagai and illustrated by Yu Okasaki, is set in the science fiction, mecha and adventure genres.

Se trata de "Ufo Robot Gran Dizer", lanzado en octubre de 1975 por el estudio de Toe Animation, escrito por Go Nagai e ilustrado por Yu Okasaki, está ambientado en los generos de ciencia ficción , mecha y aventura.

The story begins on a planet called "Fleed" which is invaded by the forces of "King Vega", our main protagonist Prince Duke Fleed flees with the robot Gran Dizer to Earth, where he meets Dr. Umon who welcomes him as if he were his son and offers him a job on his ranch, Duke accepts and changes his name to Daisuke Umon, where he swears to protect his new home and take revenge on King Vega and all his minions.

La historia comienza en un planeta llamado "Fleed" el cual ed invadido por las fuerzas del "Rey Vega", nuestro protagonista principal el príncipe Duke Fleed huye con el robot Gran Dizer a la tierra, donde conoce al Dr. Umon el cuál lo acoge como si fuera su hijo y le ofrece trabajó en el rancho que tiene, Duke acepta y cambia su nombre a Daisuke Umon, donde jura proteger su nuevo hogar y vengarse del Rey Vega y todos sus secuaces.

Duke begins working at Danbei Makiba's ranch. At first Makiba, his teenage daughter Hikaru and his young son Goro, know nothing of Duke's true identity, he tries to act like a normal human and it is not until one of King Vega's henchmen attacks the land and Duke goes out with the Great Dizer to fight, a year after that event Koji Kabuto arrives at the special science laboratory who over time becomes Duke's partner in battles against Vega's henchmen.

Duke empieza a trabajar en el rancho de Danbei Makiba al principio Makiba, su hija adolescente Hikaru y su pequeño hijo Goro, no saben nada de la verdadera identidad de Duke, el trata de actuar como un humano normal y no es hasta que uno dr los secuaces del Rey Vega acata la tierra y Duke sale con el Gran Dizer a peliar, un año después de ese acontecimiento llega al laboratorio de ciencias especiales Koji Kabuto el cual con el tiempo se convierte en compañero de Duke en las batallas contra los secuaces de Vega.

As time goes by, they are joined by Makiba and surprisingly the younger sister who survived the massacre at Fleed, Maria Fleed. The four teenagers become a fighting team where the leader is Duke controlling Great Dizer, Dr. Umon manages to develop complementary weapons for Great Dizer and said weapons are controlled by the rest of the team, where each one plays a fundamental role in the fight against King Vega, who seeks to dominate the earth and finish Duke.

Con el pasar del tiempo se unen al equipo Makiba y sorprendentemente la hermana menor sobreviviente a la masacre en Fleed, Maria Fleed. Los Cuatro adolescentes se convierten en un equipo de lucha donde el lider es Duke manejando a Gran Dizer, el Dr. umon logra desarrollar armas complementarias para Gran Dizer y dichas armas son manejas por el resto del equipo, dónde cada uno ejecuta un papel fundamental en la lucha con el rey Vega, quien busca dominar a la tierra y acabar con Duke.

Justice wins and King Vega is defeated. With his defeat, Duke and Maria tearfully say goodbye to their friends as they return to their home planet to rebuild it and continue their parents' legacy.

La justicia gana y el rey Vega es derrotado, con su derrota Duke y María se despiden entre lágrimas de sus amigos, ya que vuelven a su planeta natal a reconstruirlo y seguir con el legado de sus padres.

The anime lasts 74 episodes, although the impact of this was not very good in Japan or the United States, it gained a lot of fame in Europe and the Arab countries. This anime shows some somewhat complex themes, such as duty and responsibilities before your feelings, love triangles such as the young Hikaru in love with Duke and he in love with a young woman from his planet who is sent to Earth to kill him and the tragic happens, it also shows a darker side of what war is and its consequences for people, thus giving a different perspective in terms of plot but talking about the message of duty and justice imposed by Go nagai in his previous works.

El anime dura 74 episodios, si bien el impacto de este no fue muy bueno en Japón ni en estados Unidos, ganó muchísima fama en Europa y los paises Arabes. Este anime muestra algunos temas algo complejos, como lo es el deber y las responsabilidades antes que tus sentimientos, triángulos amorosos como por ejemplo la joven Hikaru enamorada de Duke y este enamorado de una joven de su planeta la cual es enviada a la tierra para acabar con el y lo trágico sucede, también muestra un lado mas oscuro de lo que es la guerra y sus consecuencias a las personas, otorgando así una perspectiva diferente en cuanto a trama pero conversando el mensaje del deber y justicia impuesto por Go nagai en sus anteriores obras.

Something quite interesting about the anime is that it contains elements from other works by Nagai, the original idea was to include most of the cast of Mazinger Z, but the idea was discarded and only Koji was included in order to connect the work to the previous ones. Gran Dizer is a before and after in the Mazinger universe, the story fits very well since both the beginning and the end are linked to its predecessors, the story manages to give a point and followed in regards to the Mazinger without modifying the universe of stories, unlike its predecessors Ufo Robot Gran Dizer has no more continuations.

Algo bastante interesante del anime es que contiene elementos de otras obras de Nagai, la idea original era incluir a la mayoría del elenco de Mazinger Z, pero la idea fue descartada y solo incluyeron a Koji para poder conectar la obra a las anteriores. Gran Dizer es un antes y después en el universo Mazinger, la historia encaja muy bien ya que tanto el principio como el final está ligados a sus antecesores, la historia logra dar un punto y seguido en lo que respecta a los Mazinger sin modificar el universo de historias, a diferencia de sus antecesores Ufo Robot Gran Dizer no tiene mas continuaciones.
