Late night foods and habits
Light food,.heavy meals, dinner**.
Foods are just another major thing people like to enjoy no matter how some might think it effects .
So i chose to make rice and stew sauce for myself.
After going to market to buy all the stuffs i later settled down to do the cooking..
Had to cook the white rice separately but i later noticed the gas i used finished while still cooking.
This made me to rush out to fill the gas from a nearby gas plant around..
By the time i came back , it felt like the rice have absorbed much water ,
And this made my cooking to be delayed .
*When i was done cooking the rice i settled down to make the stew sauce with just .
Fresh tomatoes, pepper,
Cryfish ,meat and some smoked fish.
By the time i was done ,
the food that was supposed to be for lunch turned out to be dinner meal*,
Like at first i never planned to eat late but situation of things especially after the gas finished, made me have no other choice than to eat late already.
Eating early
First theres a believe that when someone eats early it helps in digestion of foods,
Eating breakfast,
Most helpful health tips of breakfast is that it makes your brain sharp and active most times,
In as much as people believe in so many things about foods and its benefits, there are some that might not agree because its just difficult for people to admite that most normal random foods they consume can effect to some extent despite the timing and all.
Somehow it turned out that there's a secret to why most people that wants to get fat can easily do that if they chose to ..
Heavy Night meals are part of the reason some people add weight too.
When people get to eat very heavy meals late at night, it makes them add up and that usually starts by making them have big stomach too ..
The months i tried adding up ,this was one of the stuffs i did and in just 3 to 4months it was working ,
But then there's a need for exercise after adding more weight especially on the stomach too.
Just chosing to share this because some people might not really know heavy meals at night are mostly part of the reason why most people get protruding stomach too and can easily gets obsessed once its done for a long period of time,
And this is caused as a result of incomplete digestion of late night heavy meals too.
