Keeping fit

So for some weeks i decided to try some exercises just to get in shape,

Being consistent and even the need to try it was a very big challenge too..
Then another issue was finding the right timing to do them too ,
Without procastination or even finding irrelevant excuses,

So its not been an easy decision,
I chose to go with some light stuffs like ,
Sit ups,
Push ups,
Squatting,
And jogging,
All this are supposed to be done in one hour and it should be like 4times a week
.

/First challenge was timing,
The next was how to start them.
Another was knowing how to do it right,
All this are just some sort of setbacks and issues because they all seem to be irrelevant excuses why i kept delaying the exercise too/
.

Anyways to some extent i succeeded in doing them for 2weeks ,
And then the 3rd week was a problem because i got some other activities i needed to do that requires me to be punctual,
And that was how it felt like i going to quit the exercise stuff
.

To some extent i couldn't continue anymore and i will say lazyness was part of it followed by procastination too.
But then all that wasn't the issue,
It just happens that after skipping two days of missing out on the exercise,
I just slept and woke up with a chronic back pain one morning,
It felt like i was hit with a hammer,
And this pain feels sharp nd deep too .
At first i ignored it and decided to do some laundry and house cleaning too ..
And so it seems I stressed my waist a bit much and ...boom,
The whole ishh upgraded to the point where once i get to sit down, standing up will be in slow motion and with care because my lower back will feel like its going off ,
And that was how i just start having this severe back pains which i thought would last maybe just one day and i had to take some drugs and do some massages to calm it down a little..
I'm just hoping it will subside, maybe bit better , because its somehow effecting anything i try doing including bending down or sitting or even lying down on the bed to some extent became really hard too
.

Well i just feel maybe its my lack of exercise that are partially causing it because right now i wont still be able to carry out any of the exercise self..

All i can do is hope and wait patiently till the whole waist issue subsides ,
Now i see why exercises are really adviced lightly without rush or procastination
.
