Ingredients of the recipe

This recipe is simple but delicious and the recipe of this is also not bigger. It is as simple as a recipe of any curry.

  • Beaf
  • Oil
  • Red Chilies grinded with garlic
  • Onions
  • Tomato
  • Ginger
  • Turmeric powder
  • Pepper
  • Cloves
  • Cardamom
  • Cinnamon
  • Coriander
  • Coriander leaves

First of all the meat is washed properly and then it is boiled so that it becomes soft and easily chewable. All the bones in the meat are also boiled in the same way.

img_0.11504335993466548.jpg

Meanwhile all other vegetables such as onions, ginger, green chilies, garlic, tomato are washed and then these are grinded with the help of s handy machine.

img_0.6288350446113822.jpg

The onions are cut into small pieces and these are washed with the water. After that these pieces of onions are ready to be fried in the oil.

img_0.6411623918209961.jpg

Then the oil (bnaspati ghee) is added and it is heated so that the onions and red chilies can be fried easily.

img_0.6183602128696567.jpg

So after heating the oil now the onions are added in the oil. Now these are fried continuously. Then the green grinded chillies are also added so that these can be fried along with the onions.

img_0.5983010147448657.jpg

After a light heat then the red chillies grinded with garlic are added into the oil. And these are fried together until the onions become brownish.

img_0.0570953202196433.jpg

Now the turmeric powder is added which gives an appetizing color to the dish. Due to this the dish looks more crave able.

img_0.7522124665696025.jpg

When the onions become brown then a special grinded tasty powder is added which makes the dish more delicious as you can see in the picture.

img_0.39178906999196184.jpg

Another tasty powder in which an artificial taste is present is added in the pot. And after this the pot starts giving an appetizing odour. It makes the beaf korma dish more tasty and delicious.

img_0.21651612384395325.jpg

After that the lemon juice is also added so that the beaf can be cooked fastly and it gives a little sour taste to the dish and it makes it more delicious and lovely.

img_0.7706803171854425.jpg

Now the required amount of salt is also added which is the main part of any spicy recipe. It gives some spicy taste to the food and make it more tasty and delicious. Iodine salt is also helpful for the health as it helps to keep the thyroid glands healthy. This is another reason iodine salt is used.

img_0.15709630286890966.jpg

Then it is time to add tomatoes to the dish. Some people use yoghurt and some use tomatoes for the dishes. But I am using tomato and it will add more taste to the dish.

img_0.04530127562092513.jpg

Then the boiled meat is added to the brown onions and completely fried red chillies along with the garlic. Then the water is added which helps to cook it quickly. Water is a necessary part and it is useful to make gravy which is a really tasty thing for these meat dishes. All the meat dishes are useless without gravy in my opinion.

img_0.1502106724558143.jpg

Here you can see that the meat is becoming soft and ripe with time. The prices of meat are looking delicious. It needs more heat to dry the water that has been added in it. So we continuously give heat to it until the water has dried.

So after cooking it for a while it has been cooked and now it is ready to serve. But before serving it should be added to the coriander leaves. So I got an idea and as you can see that I have written HIVE with coriander leaves. I know it is not looking more visible but I have tried to write.

img_0.4923564637979764.jpg

After that I made a salad of onions and cucumbers. I cut the cucumbers round and then I added onions cutlets on it. After that I applied salt on this salad. And then I sprayed the lemon juice on this salad.

img_0.9399039174932067.jpg

Hey I again tried to write HIVE with cucumbers and it worked really well and I was successful to write with these round pieces of cucumber.

Now everything is ready to serve. So come and join me and eat with me this delicious beef korma korma dish. And if you want to make your own then I have tried to explain each step with the help of snaps and you can easily make them at home.

The recipe is completely mine as it is a domestic recipe of my home. And all the pictures and have been taken with my smartphone.

Very appetizing your recipe you know I have Lebanese roots but I know how to prepare very few dishes of that gastronomy, I am interested in learning and I want to know the touch that the yogurt adds, I have a question, what cut of meat do you use?

Hey it is simple to add yoghurt in any dish. You can add yoghurt when we fry onions red chilies and other vegetables in the oil, basically it is used in place of tomatoes but we can use both things as well in the same way. And secondly I use small pieces of meat.

Hello, @uop a pleasure to greet you. It's wonderful how cooking unites us in our different cultures. I am from Venezuela and we do not use ginger in stews. Excellent publication, wonderful photos. Thanks for sharing it.
Happy week.

Thanks dear for stopping by here, but why don't you use ginger. Then in which dishes you use ginger or don't use it in the dishes. I am curious and want to know.

Hi @uop, our use is mainly medicinal, relief of flu and nasal congestion, for respiratory processes. Among the benefits of ginger are pain reduction, flu relief, lower inflammation and nausea.

This does look appetising. I particularly liked the look of your simple salad, with the cucumber and onion. You know what I would have done with those though? I would have bathed them in malt vinegar, with a pinch of salt, and a pinch of sugar, and maybe a sprig of dill. Just like pickled onions. Yum!

The beef korma dish itself looked nice too. As a diabetic, I would have to trim off a lot of that excess fat from the beef pieces first. I always try to buy the leanest cuts of meat from the supermarket. Another enemy of diabetics is excess salt. For myself, I'd have to reduce that salt in your recipe way down. Also, any sort of added fats or oils, including ghee, is something I have to seriously cut down on, due to the diabetes. But most recipes can be creatively adjusted to suit diabetics.

I haven't added all the salt it was just to make it visible. Yes it was super yummy 😋. I am doing my best have you checked my recent post about spicy fritters sis 😊. But I am not getting as much support as others get. Can you please guide me a little?
