For such a great runner as you, it might be interesting to check out STEPN (if you haven't done so already)! It is a little bit steep entrance cost, but if you like moving, then it gives you an additional boost, and if we are lucky, some positive income as well. By the way, seems like we would be good running partners, because I normally end up in the 5:30-6:00 tempo per kilometer as well :)

I've not heard of STEPN. It seems to be expensive to buy in and I do okay from Hive anyway. We could probably run comfortably together. That's my normal sort of speed.
