Put down the phone and come with me for a walk.
Today our walk is through the park of my city, a lung within the city.
It is full of trees and green grass all very well cared for.

Hoy nuestro paseo es por el parque de mi ciudad, un pulmón dentro de la ciudad.
Está lleno de árboles y césped verde todo muy bien cuidado.
We pass a bridge to get to it, we see the entire panoramic view of the estuary, with a sky that looks more like summer than autumn, climate change is noticeable.
Pasamos un puente para llegar a él, vemos toda la panorámica de la ría, con un cielo que parece más verano que otoño, el cambio climático se nota.
We see the trees as they have changed their green for the intense red giving an extreme joy to the environment, we all take a walk although it is first thing in the morning, many have not even left the house
Vemos los árboles como han cambiado su verde por el rojo intenso dando una alegría extrema al ambiente, todos damos un paseo aunque es primera hora de la mañana, muchos ni siquiera han salido de casa.
We arrived at the park that we all call the duck park, but its real name is:
Doña Casilda's park, she was the wife of Tomas de Epalza, a distinguished businessman. As a lady, she was dedicated to beautifying the city and taking care of all the citizens.

The leaves fall languidly on the grass and the sun brightens the day and we see the shadows.

The ancient trees are silent, there is no breeze and their leaves do not sing to the beat of the wind.

We sit a bit in the Pergola and see how the old and the new merge and go together.
Nos sentamos un poco en la Pérgola y vemos como lo antiguo y lo moderno se fusionan y acompasan.
Everything is quiet on this sunny day.

We return home, little by little, step by step, we find red again, which shines with joy.

Our hike is ending and we will wait another Sunday to enjoy it.

The days go by almost like the leaves that leave the tree.
