Lighthouse Sketches

Many years ago, the unit at Maine Med that I worked for wanted a piece of art on their back door. The milieu committee decided that a lighthouse would be the best choice, so I went out to South Portland and Cape Elisabeth to produce some sketches.

It was quite an enjoyable experience; sitting out by the water, being creative. I was also paid for my work, which made it easier.

There were a few other sketches, I will share them when I find them. The committee voted for the top design.

The final product did not come out how I would have liked, I was not confident enough with the paint. I imagine it is painted over or washed off by now.
