Hoy empecĂ© mi segunda semana y una de las máquinas casi me destruye el primer dĂa sin peso, mientras que hoy le pusimos un poquito de peso y pude hacer las series bien sin que me dejara por el suelo.
Hoy toco piernas, y realmente necesito desarrollar fuerza en ellas, hay actividades que me gusta hacer y no tener potencia en ellas interfiere, por ejemplo subiendo pasos difĂciles en un hike.
Esto es un engaño, son 45 kg pero este ejercicio es "fácil" XD
Seguiremos trabajando en mejorar la condiciĂłn fisica. Recomendado ir al gimnasio con un entrenador si nunca has ido antes.
