I got 400 EGOV Staked, does that mean you can say that 1000 EGOV Staked is minimum and I won't get 4 NFT characters ?
Or am I fine with around 400 to 500 EGOV Staked to get some NFT's ?

You will get 1 Charakter dropped for every 100 EGOV you have staked.
No, what we are reffering to with this statement is for the votings all EGOV-Stakers are going to be able to participate in.
There will be different tiers for each vote (not necessarily for each vote!), so for example if you got 100 EGOV staked, you qualify to get the tier2 airdrop for this single vote, with 500 EGOV staked you will get the tier2 and tier1 drop.
Lets do a spoiler instead of a teaser:
500 EGOV will be enough to get max tier in every voting you´re participating in. 🙂

Is there any reason to stake more than 500 EGOV then?
For the first character airdrop you will get 1 Character for every 100 EGOV staked.
Later on 500 EGOV will be enough to get max tier in every voting you´re participating in.
