The lovely chips
In general, we know that the chips are processed through the frying stage with hygienic cooking oil, which is processed using natural fruits such as cassava, bananas, yams, which are sliced into small pieces and then fried.
there are also different ways, such as by simply drying, or drying and then just frying, depending on the region, the method of making it is different.
These chips can be tasted with various flavors, some are salty, spicy, sweet, sour, savory, or a combination of all of them. These cassava, sweet potato and cassava chips are widely produced in the city of Langsa with various flavors and variants.
