Hello everyone. We have completed the first month of the author of the week event and today we are excited to host our fifth event. It was quite a challenge to select from the wonderful posts that were shared in our community this week. Lovely posts related to Republic Day celebrations stood out among the posts that marked this week. We also have an ongoing travel contest and we continue to receive amazing posts within the scope of this contest. We would like to thank all the community members who shared these magnificent posts with us. According to the format, we select four of them and we choose four of them and present them for a vote. Before we reveal the selected posts, let's first congratulate and reward last week's winner. 🏆
Merhabalar herkese. Haftanın yazarı etkinliğinde ilk ayı geride bıraktık ve bugün 5. etkinliğimizi gerçekleştirmenin sevinci içerisindeyiz. Bu hafta topluluğumuzda yayınlanan birbirinden güzel yazılar içerisinden seçim yapmakta her zamanki gibi çok zorlandık. Cumhuriyet bayramı kutlamaları ile ilgili güzel paylaşımlar bu haftaya damgasını vuran yazılar arasındaydı. Şu an devam eden bir gezi yarışmamız da var ve bu yarışma kapsamında da çok güzel yazılar gelmeye devam ediyor. Bu muhteşem yazılarını bizimle paylaşan tüm topluluk üyelerimize teşekkür ediyoruz. Format gereği içlerinden dördünü seçip oylamaya sunuyoruz. Seçilen güzel yazıların hangileri olduğunu sizlerle paylaşacağız, ama önce gelin geçen haftanın kazananını tebrik edelim ve ödülünü teslim edelim.

The author of last week in our community was @mehmetfix. Mehmet, who posted his thoughts and pictures from his visit to the Yerebatan Cistern in Istanbul, received the highest number of votes from the community members and obtained the title of author of the week. We extend our congratulations and wish him ongoing success.

What is the author of the week and how can one become a nominee?
Within the scope of this event, every Friday, we select the authors of 4 posts published in our community as nominees for the author of the week. We create a poll on Leothreads and invite our community members to vote for the selected authors. The author who receives the most votes is entitled to the title of "Author of the Week" and the associated prize. The project is sponsored by Leofinance, Blocktrades, Ocd and Theycallmedan, with coordination and collaboration provided by the Weeklytops team. We express our gratitude to the sponsors and all those who contributed.
Below, we have listed the main features and qualities that are taken into consideration when selecting nominees for the author of the week:
Writing high-quality posts: Publishing posts in the Trliste community that are of high quality, well-crafted and engaging will make it easier for you to be nominated.
Adhering to the rules: We have specific rules for posts published in our community. It is strongly recommended that you thoroughly review these rules before publishing your post.
Being active: We expect you to read the posts published in the community, interact with other authors and share your thoughts in the form of comments.
Being open to feedback and suggestions: Curators may provide you with suggestions to help you improve and align with the rules. We recommend being open to these suggestions.
Participating in events and contests: By participating in various contests and events, you can contribute to making our community more lively and dynamic.
Passing through Discord verification: To prevent support from going to fake and suspicious members, we have a Discord verification process in our community. You can apply for verification by joining our Discord server.

Bu etkinlik kapsamında her hafta Cuma günü topluluğumuzda yayınlanan 4 yazının yazarını haftanın yazarı adayı olarak belirliyoruz. Leothreads üzerinde anket oluşturarak topluluk üyelerini seçilen yazarlara oy vermeye davet ediyoruz. Oylama sonucunda en çok oyu alan yazar "Haftanın yazarı" unvanını ve ödülünü almaya hak kazanıyor. @passenger777 talked about the celebrations of the 100th Anniversary of the Republic Day in his new post. He chose Kiriş, one of the quiet beaches of Antalya, for the holiday celebrations with his friend and recounted the activities they did there. Describing visits to Moonlight Bay and Yörük Park, passenger777 also mentioned that they enjoyed watching the sea, even though the weather was a bit cool and observed foreign tourists going for a swim.

@mukadder described the event held at her daughter's school this week to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Turkey. @ezgicop discussed the significance of Republic Day, which was celebrated on October 29th in Turkey, in her post this week. Our author described the celebration activities such as decorating schools, organizing parades, concerts and also shared her own experience of participating in a parade.
