When you find this, you'll know I was here once -WEEK140
Due to the uncertain circumstances of late it seems that extinction is imminent, decisions have to be made quickly, you don't know who to trust anymore, everyone is running for cover in an attempt to escape with their lives, knowing that time is coming I made the decision to create a time capsule.
In this session I spent a few days trying to design something durable, something that could not be destroyed and whose contents would not be affected for at least two hundred years.
The time capsule project is an extremely stressful one, I had to think about its dimensions and what its content would be.
The first image of the capsule is similar to the Star of David, with a message inscribed on it, why I chose this shape, very simple because inside I want to be able to put three things:
- The first thing I want to put inside is a picture of the first people to occupy the land.
I chose to put this photo so that those who will discover the capsule will know their ancestors, know their origins, and the wise ones will be able to research the past, by doing so they will discover us too, they will know what we looked like, what habits we had, technology will do its job and create everything perfectly.
- The second object you leave in the time capsule in one of the corners of the Star of David is an electronic diary (stick).
By watching the footage on the stick, the new occupants of the planet will see how life has unfolded in our time, and by analyzing the footage on the stick they will be able to learn from our mistakes without repeating them, and they will probably be the perfect occupants of Earth.
- The last object I would put in the time capsule is a cotton cloth with a message inscribed on it, a message that would sound something like this, "If you have come to read this, then we the eternally departed send you greetings".
Now that I had put it all inside I thought of a few places to bury it, a first place would be the foundation of a new building (I had to look for a construction site that was in the beginning when the foundation work was to be done, to make myself unseen, and when they poured the concrete in the foundation to make sure the time capsule would stay there, I had another idea to bury it somewhere close to the house but not be seen doing it.
So one morning I took the car and through the thick fog I looked for a sheltered spot in a forest where to dig a hole and bury the time capsule there, the place where the capsule is buried will remain a secret, only I will know it.
As for what those who find the capsule will say, that will remain a mystery.

Thank you very much @galenkp and @ecency.
That's really a wise thing to do when you send the photo of who occupied the land first.
I am not familiar with the electric diary you spoke of but it's pretty interesting.
Love those stuff you want to impart for the next generation tho.
Thanks so much for stopping by and I'm glad you liked what I wrote here.
Have a wonderful Sunday.
Nicely written mate, and well thought out. You always bring something valuable to my #weekend-engagement concept and I always appreciate your involvement and your creativity.
I always look forward to seeing the weekend-engagement topics, first of all I appreciate your effort to always find topics that are really successful, this can be seen in the number of those who participate.
After that I analyze them all and hardly decide which one to write about, they are all interesting and I would write something about each one.
There are also weekends when my free time is very limited but even then I take a few hours off, even if I have to stay late at night, to participate in that weekend engagement.
Have a wonderful Sunday.
