Freedom of expression or vulgarity? - WEEK161
Freedom of expression or vulgarity?
Vulgarity is the garlic in the salad of life. Cyril Connolly
Hello everyone
As always the weekend topics are extremely exciting, they take you into different moods from joy to situations where vulgar words are used, as you have realized in today's post I want to write a few words about the opinion on swearing whether or not there is a specific place where we can use them or other opinions.
Although I thought about writing a post about some personal experiences in finding new friends and connecting with friends outside the virtual world, at the last minute I changed my mind and decided to write about using swear words.
At the outset I must write that I do NOT agree with the use of swearing and vulgar vocabulary at various times in our lives.
I have witnessed many situations where this type of vocabulary was used very intensely and even used it myself in a few cases, stay with me to explain where, yes, I am not very proud of myself for resorting to swearing.
In Romania swearing is used almost everywhere, in traffic (angry drivers), at traffic lights (some people can't wait for the red light), in shops, at stadiums, on TV, at concerts and many other cases.
In Romania as in many other countries there are stadiums where football matches are played, I don't know if in other countries there is the habit of swearing at these matches, in Romania there is no football match where people don't swear, 90 minutes plus extra time they swear continuously.
You may wonder who is swearing at whom, in Romanian stadiums everything is sworn at, from coaches, players, owners of football teams to supporters of football teams, which is why there are often violent conflicts between supporters, destruction of stands or even stopping football matches.
I have to admit that for these reasons I am not a big fan of football matches and for these reasons I do not go to the stadiums.
From what I have observed in society there are different opinions on the use of swearing, some even consider it as a way to free oneself from expressing oneself, even more being considered justified in certain moments of anger to express or highlight certain feelings.
In conclusion my opinion is that the use of swearing in public does us no credit as it can have an unexpected effect on those around us, the vocabulary used should be appropriate to different situations and share respect and harmony, that's pretty much what I had to say on this subject.
If you liked what you saw and read here please don't forget to give a LiKe, Follow, reBlog or a Comment, for all this I thank you, and until the next post I say goodbye.
P.S. The attached pictures you have just seen are taken by me with my mobile phone, and the text is also designed by me.

I'm one of those who swear and I'm not.proud of it too. But, it's just that, saying it is just really my way of expressing my emotions. I know its a bad habit but, thats where I'm used at that really makes me feel better. Seriously ( ꈍᴗꈍ)
Sometimes swearing makes us feel like we're venting or emphasizing something, I don't really agree with the use of such language.
Thanks for stopping by.
It does get tense in Romanian soccer stadiums, I wouldn't go there either.
I don't really like swearing, it rarely comes out of my mouth, I think sometimes it fits the moment and other times it is used to release as you said but I find it a habit to have it quite unpleasant.
You're right, swearing in very many cases is pointless.
Yes, this is also the reason why I don't go to stadiums, they make me feel that the actual football match has no importance but vulgar vocabulary takes precedence, I'm not proud when I say that.
Thanks for stopping by.
A churlish person has the choice to use vulgarity or get a sblood dictionary.
We can each make choices that will direct our lives.
