Here's a quick post to wish all of you a great celebration with your family and friends and also a excellent new year. After the disaster of the past few years, things can only go up. No? 🤣

May this godforsaken virus leave us alone and we can all be happy again.

if we and the media will stop talking about it´s gone. that was a sentences i heard from a jung guy and i think he´s right. ;)
and why does the new year start after the tenth month? a year has 12 month. december comes from decem and means ten. something went wrong ;).

Ahahah! That was the last month, it seems. Then two more months were added to the calendar, January and February... but for some weird reason, they were added to the start instead of the end. 🤭

Btw, while watching the photo you chose for this post, Pope John Paul II's first words (when he appeared on the balcony as a new Pope) popped up in my mind. "Don't be afraid!"
I think we should hold them tight throughout this year, courageously stepping forward and helping build the world at its finest the best we know and the most we can. 😊

However, I'll have to disappoint you as I'm not Portuguese. And I kinda have a feeling that you must have been mixed me or something with somebody else. 😄
Unfortunately, I've never learned Portuguese, although it is on my to-do wish list.
But before that, I'll have to continue learning my Spanish because of my daughter in law (although we communicate perfectly using English), my hopefully future grandchildren, and at the moment mostly because of my daughter's in-law parents who don't speak any other language except Spanish and Catalan. So, without my son or my daughter-in-law nearby to translate, communication with them it's quite hilarious! 😁
