A Cat Named Raul... [Deranged Photography Contest - Pets]

Good night, everyone!

This is my entry for the Deranged Photography Contest - Pets, hosted by @derangedvisions.

Since I don't own any pets... I'll share the photo of a cat named Raul who was very close to being my pet. The girl who had decided to allow me to keep him got the chicken feet at the last minute and couldn't give him away. So, she kept her cat... and I went home alone. 😶

The guy was very cute and I'm sure I would have liked to be his new companion. 😊

But of course, I don't blame her for wanting to keep her pet. Who would have the guts to give away such a cute little face? 🤔

That dude looks friendly. Ypu would have considered taking him home only for a few days. Perhaps the lady would have let go.

Nowadays I'm not interested in having a cat. My neighbours have very annoying dogs that keep barking all day and night long. The poor cat would feel like he was being tortured. 😑

Whoaaaa! They look like little mice, they even haven't opened their eyes yet. 🤗

PS: Don't you find it strange that the English language doesn't distinguish between a male and a female cat? Nearly every other language in the world has a different word for both. 😂

Woo, same in my language too no different words for male n female. Dogs cats mices 😁😁 all we say is male dog, female dog, male cat, female cat .

In Portugal we have Cão & Cadela, Gato & Gata, Cavalo & Égua... and so on and so on. 😊

oh what a cute cat you know when I lived with my grandmother I had one of the same breed and it was called brilliant
