El viejo matero y su planta me cuentan que fue una noche de lluvia, observo el entorno y es divinamente cierto, hay rocío en las hojas y humedad en la tierra, entonces respiro profundamente, respiro y mis pulmones se inflan de salud y frescura que me brinda la naturaleza en este hermoso amanecer. Qué placentero momento, me mantengo inhalando y exhalando una y otra vez, bendita terapia natural de respiración, bendito aire puro y sano. Yo solo inhalo y exhalo calmadamente, no sé cuántas veces más lo hago, inhalo y exhalo, inhalo y exhalo este aire limpio, lleno de frescor, cargado de paz y salud. Un gran agradecimiento y deseos de eternizar el momento ocupan mi pensamiento, luego ya no pienso y me quedo en calma disfrutando cada instante en mi silla de lona azul.
El caprichoso rocío me regala curiosos mundos dentro de algunas gotas que, retando a la gravedad, cuelgan de las hojas, "Es simple", dice mi niña, Carla, "cuando la magia y la belleza se juntan, suceden esas cosas" y no puedo estar más de acuerdo, en la naturaleza hay magia y encanto, sabiduría y salud, cosas que me asombran y llenan de paz, es vida que mis sentidos perciben maravillados, con alegría y agradecimiento.
Percibo olores a vegetación y a tierra mojada, a café en la cocina mientra la cafetera llama; oigo la brisa en el movimiento de mis plantas. Dios, si pudiera fotografiar esta variedad de olores y sonidos, la frescura que llega a mi rostro agotado trayendo el tan ansiado descanso. Qué regocijo y calma me invaden. ¡Gracias!
