My Organized Weekends Routine.

As an organized person, my weekends consist of following efficient routines based mostly on preserving order in my home and providing sustenance for my family. Regardless of whether I have other weekend plans or commitments, this foundation remains a priority.

I get up at 6 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday mornings before anyone else. I find that doing chores first thing in the morning allows me to finish them faster and free up the rest of my day. I begin by removing any clutter, cleaning down counters, collecting garbage and recycling, and sweeping the floors throughout the house. Then it's on to laundry, where I switch loads, fold clean stuff, and distribute to the bedroom.

By 8:30 AM, housework complete, I begin preparing a hearty weekend breakfast for my family as they gradually wake up and trickle into the kitchen. I chop fresh fruit and whip up scrambled eggs, bread ,and tea for them and sometimes I give them cereal.

On Sundays after having the kids ready for church, we move to leave home at exactly 7:30 am depending on if I am home with them.We leisurely enjoy the meal together while discussing plans for the day. Clean up is swift since I stay on top of dishes and leftovers storage as I cook.

After breakfast it's back to home organization ,settle unpaid bills, and schedule sorting for the upcoming week. By early afternoon, I take a break to go grocery shopping and handle other errands. At home again, I get dinner preparation ready, making the vegetables or whatever is needed ready in advance. This makes evening meals together faster and less stressful.

My diligent organizational rituals allow weekends to feel calmly productive, centered on providing sustenance, stability and care for my loved ones. Tending to household needs first enables more present, relaxed time to connect as a family.

After housework, errands, and dinner preparation are over, I set aside an hour in the afternoon to work on content for the Hive blogging platform. Writing brings me delight and provides a creative outlet outside of my family and academic duties.

I make a cup of cool ginger tea, put on my headphones and listen to uplifting jazz instrumentation or music of my choosing depending on my mood, then set a timer for 60 minutes of uninterrupted writing time. Music deeply boosts my imagination and ability to enter a flow state for vivid writing. As brilliant combinations of piano, trumpet, and bass saturate my aural senses, my hands seem to flow smoothly across the keyboard as I create posts on my life experiences, lessons learned, or innovative stories that might attract my Hive blockchain community of readers.

This daily weekend writing habit not only keeps my blog active with a steady stream of posts, but also allows me to decompress and enter a mentally tranquil, inspiring space after being so task-oriented the rest of the day. I find entering this solo writer's zone with my sensory stimuli concludes my weekends on a centering, grateful and re-energizing note as I prepare for the week ahead.

My determination to start weekends by thoroughly tending to household chores, shopping errands, and meal preparation sets a foundation of order. This enables afternoons and evenings open for more meaningful connection with loved ones...or in my case, an hour's writing retreat to feed my creative spirit.

While not every weekend follows an identical cadence, beginning with tidy productivity fuels efficiency. By proactively cleaning, grocery gathering, and dinner staging, I curb chaos before it starts. Nourishing bodies and spaces first, my family then feels calm and cared for. Any other weekend adventures - whether local outings or lazy lounging - can flow freely rather than frantically.

When Monday arrives, my habitual weekend rhythms assure domestic duties never pile up excessively for the work week. And my regular Hive writing time clears a clutter of mental stimulation to forge fresh perspectives. Weekends refresh through balance ,my organizational diligence and dedication interleaved with relaxing, inspiring and comforting spaces. This equilibrium fuels flourishing each new week.

I love the level of self-discipline you have ! My wife is the same, which is definitely a good thing. I'm not so good, the nature of the business I run means I have to respond to surprises as they come up, making it impossible to have set times for things.
