Travelling to Sydney means that I tend to eat quite a bit of Asian food.... which is great for me, as I do find the rice dishes to be quite soothing and less heavy on my stomach than other foods. And if I have a choice, I tend to gravitate to the Japanese places... again, it does tend to agree better with me than some of the heavier Asian styles
