I think the first thing for us to do to feel happier is you should love ourselves more and most importantly, health. Health accounts for a large part of everyone's life and if you take care of your health, you will have a more positive spirit, love life, and work more effectively, right?
As far as I know, brown rice is hugely healthy, especially for those who want to lose weight. Help lose weight. So today I try to combine brown rice with steamed vegetables. This is an enjoyable meal for me. In this recipe, I will show you how to cook brown rice more delicious and supple, easier to eat. Step 1: Mix brown rice and glutinous rice together, then rinse with water 2-3 times. Put in a rice cooker, add water to cover the rice and the water is 1 inch higher. Just turn on the switch to cook rice as usual. Step 2: Wash the vegetables and cut the broccoli into small pieces.
