When I got Melee Mayhem, Up close & personal, Super Sneak or Equal Opportunity rules and enough mana cap I always use Disintegrator. I think it is very nice to have it as a free card furthermore it is a Neutral so you can use it with every splinter. It's ability is very good in my opinion.

It is a common chaos legion card therefore everyone has it because it is part of the basic cards. I personally do own multiple copies of it. As you can see in the table below it is a cheap card as a regural foil and not expensive as a gold foil. There are a lot of available copies at the moment.

Here comes the battle:

I was in silver 3 at the time of the battle. As you can see I had an interesting ruleset.

So what did I chose to do?

For Summoner: Tarsa with Super Sneak rule it will be a melee heaven. So I chose a summoner which will give melee damage bonus. Plus I have and I rented cards with the most melee damage in Fire splinter.

Monsters:

• Living Lava best (at least I think) widely available tank for Fire splinter thanks to it's Shield ability, and high health and damage.
• Grum Flameblade this is one of the rentals in the match. It is an amazing card which brings a new ability from brawl cards Bloodlust. This can be a real terminator on the battlefield thanks to it's ability.
• Disintegrator this weeks challenge card. I wrote about it earlier it is a must in rulesets which favors melee.
• Forgotten One the next rental in the match. Has a lot of melee damage, high health and decent armor. It's ability is Immunity which is not important in this ruleset.
• Antoid Platoon I put this to the last spot because of it's ability Shield so it will decrease incoming damage by one. It can be really helpful with Super Sneak ruleset.

Did my strategy work?

Yes, I won the battle. Thanks to my high melee damage it was an easy victory.

What will I try differently next time?

Given this ruleset I would not change my lineup. I know that it was a risky tactic, but sometimes you have to risk to win.
