Bird watching

This time about watching the whooper swan. This is the last bird watching before the small lakes freeze.

These swans are family birds and mate for life with one partner.

Males are very protective of their terrritory. The intruder doesn't end well and they have to leave this place.

The night next to the swans was like sleeping next to a concerthall. Very vocal bird :)

The morning was a rare beauty - purple. Time stopped at this point.
