Hello friends
Today I decided to take my standing fan to a friend of mine shop. who happen to be a technician for a very long time and we have a very Cordia relationship,Its being a long time I used this fan because it's raining season. so I decided to abandon it in my store, few weeks ago the weather changed and the rain seized the sun ☀️ was so hot and the heat became unbearable to the extent that I will have to pull off my clothes before I can enjoy my sleep this situation continues like that till I couldn't bear it, so i decided to re visit my store then bring out the old standing fan, after i brought it out, i did the cleaning and then wait till their is power supply, after plugging the fan to the socket I perceived a smell and a smoke coming out of the engine part then i quickly unplugged it and i took it to my technician friend, on getting there he told me the coil is gone

I agreed with him then i paid him some amount of money about 4000 naira to get the materials needed,
Here are some pictures from the technician shop during repair but at the end my fan worked and we tested it together if it's working perfectly

I am happy you got your fan working. That is a LOT of work just getting all that wire loose!
