Iaac day 13, keeping fit everyday

Good morning everyone,
It really a wonderful day, hope our day is going on smoothly.
Today I am talking about me keeping fit everyday, how?, Why?
By doing some workout by the road side everyday, tirelessly, now, I started this because I was told I have blood pressure and my fatness could also be the cause so I was told to do some workout before it start affecting my breathe, that this blood pressure is very common among fat people, I noticed my unstoppable exercise has made me to shed some fat either by sweating or the other ways, and also made me free from some sickness, I noticed my blood pressure reduces , my crave for food reduces, too much of fat isn't good for the body at all, anytime I trek around neighborhood, I noticed I used to pant, now I trek without panting, and I'm relieved of some weight, and I started this workout, three weeks ago and when running I barely get tired and heavy like before.

Way to go!!

I want to congratulate you for your efforts. My mother is also having higher blood pressure and it is affecting her negatively. She started to take walks every day and just like you she now is feeling better and better every day.

Regarding running, please don't overdo it, remember the game is long term, it will benefit more to walk every day, than running a lot one day and get too tired or maybe get hurt.

5 years this has been happening to me, it started here, around people that are still here. Homeland security has done nothing at all, they are not here to protect us. Dont we pay them to stop shit like this? The NSA, CIA, FBI, Police and our Government has done nothing. Just like they did with the Havana Syndrome, nothing. Patriot Act my ass. The American government is completely incompetent. The NSA should be taken over by the military and contained Immediately for investigation.
